It all started about 20 years ago when our pitmaster bought his first smoker and began dabbling in the art of BBQ. Serving friends and family he honed his craft and expanded to tailgate parties for Arizona Cardinal's games. He soon outgrew his little offset smoker and built a large one out of 55 gallon drums. He had always dreamed of entering competitions or starting his own business. The dream is now a reality and "Beardsley's Bad-AZ BBQ" was born
